Please join us for this restorative and rejuvenating experience. We will start the morning by creating connectedness in a ceremonial lighting of the candle and a 20 minute Qi Gong practice led by MAS member, Abi Morrison. The morning session will continue with a labyrinth walk, and a class in aromatherapy. We will nourish ourselves with a specially prepared vegan lunch. The afternoon session will be a choice of either cooking demonstration with Dr. Meghan of Hopespring Holistic Institute, or an hour of guided relaxation at the pond. Participants will receive an illustrated workbook with self-care practices. There will be snacks and beverages available throughout the day. This event is free to members ($60. for non-members), and will provide 3 CEU contact hours. Our annual meeting will begin at 3:15. (Members Only). We will discuss the previous year's accomplishments, goals for the next year, and vote for replacements to our current Board of Directors. completing a two year term are Jessica Peck-Lindsey, MAS President, and Catherine Welch, MAS Secretary. We are also recruiting a Membership Chair, Legislative Committee Chair, and At Large Members.
